Fallen figure, snakes and cloud-like shapes

A fallen figure, lying on its side, perhaps depicted as dead, or dreaming. The wriggly lines at his navel might depict snakes. Perhaps this indicates  that the figure has strong powers that enable it to work with snakes. Below the figure is a cluster of carefully painted cloud-like images some of which are outlined with a thin, white pair of lines.
